NOISE RESEARCH LABORATORY is a part of Vilnius University Faculty of Physics, Lithuania. The Laboratory is active since 1971 and so far is the only research center in the Baltic region dealing with the low-frequency noise phenomenon.
NOISE RESEARCH LABORATORY is located in the basement of the faculty of Physics building. Our scientific facilities consist of three shielded rooms (Faraday cells).
MAIN RESEARCH INTERESTS are low-frequency noise and reliability assessment in advanced semiconductor materials and devices (see RESEARCH).
Since 2013 open access LABORATORY FOR INVESTIGATION OF FLUCTUATION PHENOMENA was established by Vilnius University and Center for Physical Science and Technology (Lithuania).
